Hurricanes kick off Playoff series with Tailgate Party

The Lethbridge Hurricanes will be kicking off the Playoff series the same way they kicked off the regular season – with a Tailgate Party on Saturday, March 25 from 5-7pm at the Enmax Centre.
Once again, Brown’s Social House will be manning the grill, serving up their signature Hollywood Burger for a donation to United Way of Lethbridge & South Western Alberta.
Jay LaChance of Brown’s Social House South said the Tailgate Party is a great way to show community spirit.
“We teamed up back in September for a Tailgate Party to show that we support our team and the community. We’re looking forward to kicking off the Playoffs for the same reason, and of course, to have a good time.“
United Way executive director Trudy Carrels said this is an event that supports the community in several ways.
“I’m in awe of the support Brown’s Social House gives to both the Hurricanes and United Way,” she said, “This is an exciting chance for us to pull together and support our team.  In addition, the support of both Brown’s and the Hurricanes really helps United Way reach further into the community and help change people’s lives. It all comes back around.”
