The Red Tie Gala is an annual event organized by United Way Lethbridge & South Western Alberta, which celebrates the contributions of individuals and organizations to the United Way through various means such as workplace campaigns, leadership giving, community events, in-kind donations, and volunteer-led philanthropy. It brings together community leaders and supporters for an evening of recognition of the progress made in fundraising and volunteer efforts in the past year and their unified progress toward building a community where everyone can thrive.
