William Serink was raised participating in his community. Growing up in Fort Saskatchewan, AB he was an avid member of the local Boys and Girls Club, and also played and later refereed minor hockey.
Will is a graduate of the University of Alberta, where he studied mechanical engineering. After graduation, he accepted a position with PepsiCo, where he is currently the Plant Manager of the Frito-Lay Taber plant.
Lethbridge is a new place for Will, and he decided to carry on doing what has always been part of his life – participating in the community. This is how Will came to to join the Board of Directors at the United Way in 2020. As a board member, Will brings his abilities as an Engineer, experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and leadership managing large teams to think strategically, and solve problems.
